contributed to the development of our national economy, the creation of a powerful industrial and advanced energy complex, the development of the Arctic
Circle and the Northern Sea Route, and ensured nuclear parity and the state’s defence capability.
It is gratifying that today you cherish
this unique heritage, consistently implement strategic tasks to further
strengthen the Russian nuclear power industry, develop new materials, introduce
breakthrough solutions in the medical and space spheres, implement promising
Arctic programs. You give special focus on building up the industry’s human
resources, research and technological potential, and deepening mutually
beneficial international cooperation.
I am confident that you will
continue to make a worthy contribution to Russia’s progress.”
